Common Questions

What families usually ask.

Can we visit before deciding?

Absolutely. Tours welcome any time, with or without an appointment. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest look at the home.

How often can family visit?

As often as you like. Open-door policy. You’re always welcome — including for meals.

What if my loved one’s needs change?

We adapt care plans in place. For most changes, residents don’t need to move. We’ll be honest if we ever reach the limits of what we can safely provide.

How do you communicate day to day?

We’re accessible by phone. Significant changes are communicated promptly. We don’t wait for you to ask.

Can my loved one keep their own doctor?

Yes. We coordinate with existing physicians and help arrange transportation to appointments.

Are meals customized?

Yes. Home-cooked meals with dietary restrictions, preferences, and physician orders accommodated.

What’s the move-in process?

A conversation first. We learn about your loved one, discuss needs and availability, and move forward when it feels right for everyone.

Is there availability now?

A small home means limited availability. Reach out directly — we’ll be honest about current capacity and any wait list.

Still have questions? We’re easy to reach.

Call, message, or stop by. We know what’s at stake and we want to help you make the right call.
